Rigos' MPT Book

Some features perhaps worthy of discussion are "the Rigos approach to tasks organization and editorial guidance as to both style of presentation and substance is very helpful. Over a dozen actual tasks are presented and broken down into four major categories which I found useful because the approach varies between tasks. Each of the Rigos chapter has one editorialized question that leads me through the file and library as we build our understanding of what resources are presented and how best to combine them into a responsive task answer. Rigos also touches on ethical issues that I have not found in any other MPT book
Funny, while there is no law necessary for these tasks and every law students has had writing courses, the bar exam Performance questions are unlike any in law school. The requirements are very focused and the style and presentation Rigos teaches help a lot. Students that do not actually work through tasks may not pass, but for those of us that do it allows us to move up the Barbri grading curve. The Rigos MPT book makes it easy. All for under $100. I only wish I had this in law school.
